Whether a ticket is refundable or not is entirely up to the event organiser themselves. As we (Ticketpass) are the third-party software that the organiser of your event is using to sell tickets, we're not authorised to issue refunds without their permission.
With that in mind, your first point of call should be to get in touch with the organiser directly. You'll be able to find their contact email on your ticket or the event page you originally bought from. They'll then be able to either refund you directly, or reach out to us and we'll do it for you.
Another option would be to find a friend or family member who can attend in your place. You can then un-assign your ticket and re-assign it in their name and email, which will send it to them. You can read more about that process here.
Please note that if your ticket is refunded, any booking fees involved are non-refundable; they involve sunk costs like the payment processing fee and our donation to the nominated charity, so if we return these we'd be losing money per refund.
N.B. If you're getting in touch about a refund for Medicine Festival 2024, please note that we cannot issue refunds on their behalf anymore and you should head to tixel.com to list your ticket for resale. All Medicine Festival 2024 tickets are non-refundable so we will not be able to assist you.
