Once you're on the event page of your choice, follow these simple steps to get your tickets:
- Click the “Get Tickets” button – a pop-up will appear showing the available ticket types.
-
Browse the ticket types to find the one that applies to you.
Some events have different ticket types for Home/Away fans, Members, Concessions, Children, or different dates/times. Make sure you choose the correct one. - If you have a discount code or password, click the relevant link in the bottom-left corner of the pop-up and enter your code.
-
Click the “+” button next to the ticket type to add one or more tickets to your basket.
If the event has allocated seating, click on Select Seat instead.
- Click Continue once you've added all the tickets you need.
-
On the next page, you will see the charity section.
Some organisers choose a specific charity for Ticketpass’s donation, while others let you pick.
This doesn’t cost you anything — the donation is made by Ticketpass.
Click Continue to proceed. -
Enter your email address.
- If you already have a Ticketpass account, you will be prompted for your password.
- If you don’t, the next step will ask for a few details to create an account.
- Complete your registration (if needed) by entering the requested details and clicking Register.
- Enter your card details and click Pay.
-
That’s it — you’ve booked your ticket!
After purchase, you may need to assign your ticket(s) if the organiser hasn’t enabled auto-assignment.
