If you're trying to withdraw money generated by an event, you might notice that an error message pops up saying you can only withdraw X amount or that you can't withdraw at this time.
This is likely to do with payout restrictions. In short, funds are only available to withdraw 72 hours after the event in question has ended. If your event ends at 23.00 on the Saturday evening, you'll be able to withdraw the money it generated at 23.00 on the Tuesday evening, for example.
This is simply to protect us against the risk of events being cancelled, not taking place as advertised, or other circumstances in which we, the third-party provider, are liable to cover the cost and refunds of paying customers. It also honours our contract with our payment provider, Adyen.
If you have multiple events selling tickets at the same time, the revenue they generate flows into the same 'available' pot. This can be confusing when withdrawing, so just make sure to only withdraw the amount generated by past events that ended more than 72 hours ago.
