The revenue your event generates will be available for withdrawal three days after the event ends. This is to protect Ticketpass against the risk of events being cancelled or not taking place as advertised; we are liable to cover customers' costs and refunds should an event not go ahead.
Once the event has finished, you can withdraw your funds by heading into your organiser account and going to the Payments tab. From there, click Withdraw next to your balance and type in the amount you'd like to withdraw.
The funds should arrive in your account in 1-3 working days - please contact support@ticketpass.org if you have any trouble.
