- Login to your organiser account
- From your Overview page or My events page, click the three dots next to the event in question and go to View attendees.
- Type in the email address, booking reference, or name of the customer you'd like to refund into the search bar
- Once they've appeared on the screen, click the three dots next to their booking and go to Refund ticket
- If the customer has multiple tickets in their booking, tick the box next to the ticket(s) you'd like to refund:
- To issue a partial refund, click the TICKET box and select PARTIAL from the dropdown menu, then type the desired amount into the Amount box
- Click Refund ticket to process the refund
- Please note: Ticketpass' booking fee is non-refundable because it involves sunk costs (such as payment processing fee and our donation to the nominated charity) that would mean we'd lose money if we were to refund in full.
- However, you do have the option of refunding the customer in full and absorbing the cost of these fees: just select the Full (organiser covers fees) option from the TICKET dropdown menu.
