Your event’s revenue will become available for withdrawal three days after the event ends. This short delay helps protect Ticketpass — and your attendees — in case of cancellations or if the event doesn’t take place as advertised. In such cases, we’re responsible for covering customer refunds, so the hold allows us to manage that risk.
How to withdraw your funds
Once the event has concluded and the three-day period has passed, you can withdraw your balance by following these steps:

Log in to your organiser account

Go to the Payments tab

Click Withdraw next to your balance

Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and confirm
