Discount codes can be added on a ticket type basis by making use of our Advanced settings in create/edit event. Only a select few advanced settings are available if you're on our Essential price plan - to upgrade to Pro and access all settings and features on our site, please contact support@ticketpass.org.
To add a discount code to a ticket type within your event:
1. Click on My Events
2. Click the three dots on the right hand side and then click on Edit Event
3. On the next screen, at the menu at the top click on Ticket details
4. On your ticket type you will see a button called Advanced Settings
5. Once you have clicked on advance settings you will then see a menu appear, to add discounts click on Discount codes, then click Add at the bottom, and then Edit next to discount codes at the bottom of the ticket type.
6. From there, decide whether it's a fixed amount you'd like the code to deduct (eg £5) or a percentage of the ticket price. You can also decide the number of times this code can be used by entering a number into the Uses field.
7. Click confirm, re-publish the event, and the discount will now work for this ticket type.
