1. Click on My Events
2. Click on the three dots on the right hand side and then click on Cancel Event
3. Once you click on cancel event you will then be asked to re-enter the name of the event. You can also add a note here to your ticket buyers i.e the reason the event is cancelled which will then be sent to them in the cancellation email.
4. Confirm the cancellation by hitting Cancel Event
5. Your event has now been cancelled. All tickets will be automatically refunded in full, including any booking and service fees.
Please note: your organiser account will be charged the full refund amount, which may result in a negative balance (amount owed) to Ticketpass. If this happens, a pop-up will appear informing you of the amount to top up, along with a payment option, before you can complete the cancellation.
