1. Head to ticketpass.org/login to login to your User account. From there, click your name in the top right hand corner and select your organiser account from the dropdown menu.
2. If you don't yet have an organiser account, click Add organiser.
3. Once setup, click Create event. Bear in mind you'll need to onboard with our payment provider, Adyen, before you can sell any tickets.
4. Alternatively, if you're creating an event that's similar to, or the same as, one you've hosted in the past, you can duplicate this previous event. Head to My events, then Upcoming events or Past events, depending which one you want to duplicate. Click the three dots next to the event and then duplicate.
4. On the first page, fill in the prompted fields with details like event name, category, date, time & location, event description, an image for your event page, and whether the event is public or private.
5. To learn more about the Event security section, click here.
6. Once all fields on the first page are completed, click continue to head to the Ticket details page.
7. You can add an unlimited number of ticket types here. Select whether they're free, paid, or donation - the latter is a 'normal' ticket but you select the minimum price. The attendee can then choose how much they want to pay and you can give this money to charity or boost your event revenue.
8. Make the most of the advanced settings by learning about each one here.
9. Using each of the below buttons, you can hide a ticket type from the event page, move it around to edit the order in which they appear on your event page, clone it to create a duplicate which you can then alter, and delete it.
N.B. you can't delete a ticket type once it's been purchased by a customer. To remove it from the event page, use the hide button.
10. Further down, you can create quantity limits and group tickets so that their total sales don't exceed the set quantity. For example, you might create a 'Home fans' label and include the ticket types Home - Adult, Home - Concession, Home - 18-21, Home - Under 16, and set it to 800, meaning the total sales of those 4 ticket types can't exceed 800.
11. Below that, you decide whether Ticketpass' fees are passed on to the customer or absorbed by you. 50% of the Booking fee is donated to the charity you choose on the next page...
12. On the final page - Select charity - you can decide whether our donation goes to a specific charity or whether the attendee can choose from our list during checkout. You can get any partner charity to join our site by sending them to ticketpass.org/give-back-50
13. Click Publish, and you're good to go! All the details you add during create event can always be edited... You can learn more about that here.
