Because we (Ticketpass) are just the third-party software that your event organiser is using to sell tickets, we might not be very clued up on the ins and outs of the events. Details like dietary requirements, specific arrival and closing times, parking, transport, dress code, specific entrances and locations, and anything else along those lines will likely be known by the organiser, but not the Ticketpass team.
With that in mind, your best option is to contact the organiser directly. You can find their contact email on your ticket if you've bought one, on the event page of the event in question, on their organiser profile page, or via DMs/posts on social media like Twitter and Instagram.
