1. Access the Store
Once logged into your organiser account, go to your Overview page and click Store from the left-hand menu.
2. View Orders

Click the Orders tab to view all purchases (memberships and merchandise).

Select an order to view details including:

Buyer name and email
-
Reference number
-
Shipping address (if applicable)
-
Type of membership or product purchased
-
Total paid, including a breakdown of delivery costs and fees

You can resend the order confirmation to the buyer by clicking the three dots at the top right corner.
3. Refunding a membership
- Go to Store on the left-hand menu and select Memberships from the sub-tabs.
- Choose the membership you wish to refund, click on the three dots in the right corner, and select Refund membership.
You can either cancel the membership after refunding, or choose to keep it active. You can also either refund it fully, or for part of the price.
4. Apply Discount Codes
To create a discount code:

Go to the Store tab

Click Settings (within the Store tab, not the main sidebar)

Select Discounts
Note: Discount codes will apply to all memberships and products in the customer’s basket.
5. Store Settings
In the Settings section of your store, you can:

Adjust your store’s currency
-
Manage booking and service fees (Absorb or pass to buyer)

Set shipping and collection options
Use the sub-tabs within Settings to make specific changes.
