Donations raised through Ticketpass, (whether from GiveBack50 or direct contributions) are paid out in 60 days from purchase for tickets. And 60 days after the start date for memberships.
These payouts are processed after the associated event has ended and will be deposited into your charity’s Ticketpass account.
You can log in at ticketpass.org/login using the email address and password linked to your charity profile.
