1. Login and on your left-hand side of your organiser Overview page click Store.
2. Select the Orders tab to see a list of all purchased memberships or merchandise. Click on an order to view further details
3. Here you can view the reference number, the name, email, address (if applicable), type of membership or product purchased and how much they paid, and a breakdown of delivery cost & fees involved.
4. To download the invoice or resend confirmation to the registered email, click the three dots next to Save.
5. To refund a membership, please contact support@ticketpass.org
6. To add a discount code, click Settings (within the store tab, not on the left-hand menu) and the Discounts sub-heading. Please not that any code created will apply to all memberships in the customer's basket.
7. To determine the currency of your store, decide whether fees are absorbed or passed, add a Shopify store URL, view your Ticketpass store page URL, and determine Shipping & Collection prices or logistics, go to the Settings tab and navigate between the sub-headings.
